Returns & Refunds policy

Notification of Damaged Product:
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any item is found damaged. Refunds are only applicable for damaged items, not for delays in delivery. Order cancellations are not permitted.

Evidence Requirement:
To help us process your request quickly, please share a complete unboxing video of the parcel. This video should clearly show:

  • The outer packaging

  • The process of unboxing

  • The damaged item(s)

This evidence is essential for us to assess the issue and expedite the resolution.

Conditions for Returns
  • Requests for return/refund will be considered only if all above steps are followed within the 24-hour timeframe.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if proper evidence is not provided or the damage is not clearly visible in the video.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please Note:
There may be delays in delivery during festive seasons. We are not liable for such delays, and refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.
